Kind of what we do, or need to. Human nature

After flight, a drink

After a talk, session, coffee / cake

After boss/argument/sex – smoke

After hard day – meal / comfort food

Just fun is not enough, need work first, work-reward is important, not just reward.

Companies, products, sugar, salt, sweet, beer are waiting to help us decompress.

But the best / healthist is exercise.

Don’t decompress too early, airport, waiting for someone 🤷‍♂️
