270 Euro top of the range headphones stopped working after 3 weeks. Proof of purchase below

Retailer trying via email h. S**Y cannot be reached. Local repair ok, but little odd. They said humidity / water got into the unit when used for at home (we are in lockdown after all) used for video conferencing.

Repair
Took 3 weeks to fix the problem, charged me 50 Euro and then replaced the unit anyway, which doesn’t make any sense. Didn’t pick up the phone, or answer any emails.
