Time

Thins take time, men hitting stones with hammers or drilling, rather than 1 hour / 1 day it will take 2 weeks and 1 month. Basically systems are not mechanised and manual labour dominates therefore takes a long time. People are not lazy workers (except 1.5 hours for lunch) just don’t know to use advanced tools or employers won’t pay / educate employees.
